CoolWave currently delivers to customers across the Europe. Available shipping methods and delivery options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, such as seasonal heatwaves, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
